When choosing a good bush craft knife, A very important feature it is having a full tang. The metal blade goes all the way through the handle, this makes a stronger knife so it won’t break easily when you use it for hard work like cutting wood. You also want a durable knife with a blade that is at least five inches long, because this size is good for many different jobs in the woods. If wild game you have to field dress them, a drop point shape is best; the tip gently curves down, this helps prevent you from accidentally poking the inside parts.
